Poor Kate was home from her first semester of college and her mother insisted that she finally get a full gynecological exam. Kate's mother couldn't attend with her and the appointment was for very late in the work day.  The gynecologist’s office was empty when Kate arrived and she was very nervous.  The doctor showed Kate to an exam room and asked her to take everything off and put an exam gown on.  Kate was wondering why there was no nurse in the office.  The doctor came in by himself and instructed Kate to get up on the exam table, place her feet in the stirrups, and slide her bottom to the end of the table.  The doctor stepped between Kate's legs, pulling her gown up to her belly, and spreading her knees wide.  Within a few minutes the cold, hard blades of the doctor's speculum had been thrust deep inside of Kate shredding her hymen and stretching her tight muscles as the blades drove toward her cervix.  The doctor forced the speculum open to its maximum width causing Kate to cry out in pain.  After a few moments the doctor retracted the speculum from Kate revealing bloody issue paper on the table beneath Kate's bottom.  The doctor handed Kate a maxi pad and told her the exam was over and she could get dressed and go home.  The doctor went to his office to jerk off all over the speculum he used on Kate.  Poor, poor Kate!
