Requirement for David Steckel to strip naked upon request

Whenever David Steckel is met or encountered in person, he can be requested to strip completely naked at the soonest possible time and in the nearest adequate location. Once the request or demand is made, he is prohibited from refusing to strip naked for any reason or purpose desired.
